Payment:

  • Clients must pay the full advance payment before the month starts. Work will begin only after payment is received.
  • FDA Solutions will provide confirmation for the upcoming month 8 days in advance and share the invoice 5 days before the start date.
  • If payment or confirmation is delayed, the client must provide a clear deadline. If the deadline is not met, FDA Solutions reserves the right to stop all project activities.
  • Only full payments are accepted before the start of the month. Installments are not allowed.
  • If plan confirmation is delayed, FDA Solutions requires at least 3 days for planning.
  • The project duration is strictly 30 days from the start date and will not be extended due to client-side delays.

Work Terms:

  • For urgent posts, clients must inform us at least 1 day in advance. Same-day requests will not be accepted.
  • After month confirmation approval, FDA Solutions will submit post topics and strategy. Any changes must be suggested before final approval, as monthly planning makes later changes difficult.
  • Extra posts or videos not included in the selected plan will be charged additionally.
  • Images will be provided in AI and PSD formats. We offer social media posts only and do not provide printing services.
  • If printing work is required, additional charges will apply based on the client’s requirements.
  • Paid campaign creation and setup will be charged separately at ₹2,000 per campaign.

Creative Images & Video Terms:

  • Clients may provide revision requests at once. If changes are valid, FDA Solutions will implement them accordingly.
  • Only one designated person from the client’s team should coordinate with our social media executive and graphic designer to avoid confusion.

After Project Completion:

Upon project completion, FDA Solutions will share all relevant details within 5 days. Clients must verify the information within that period. After verification, FDA Solutions will not be responsible for any future issues.
